Do we REALLY get locked in a room?!
No. The goal of the game is to proceed thru a series of puzzles before your time is up. There will ALWAYS be an unlocked exit for emergencies.
When your tickets are purchased, you have reserved a 60 minute time slot. All games MUST then start and END on schedule as to not disturb future guests. In order to provide the best experience for everyone, please arrive 15 minutes early. Extra time is needed to explain the rules beforehand, and take your photo after. Please be aware that if your appointment begins late due to not arriving 15 minutes early, using the restrooms, etc...the appointment must still END at the scheduled time. You may not be allowed admittance past your ticketed start time. All ticket sales are final.
All ticket sales are final. Although no refunds will be given, we will attempt to modify your reservation with a 24 hr notice.
Is there an age limit?
Escape rooms are fun for ALL ages, but guests under the age of 13 must have an adult participate in the room with them.
The use of any electronic device is prohibited inside the rooms. Cell phones may be carried for baby-sitter emergency purposes, of course! Locked storage will be provided for all your belongings, with the key on a wristband for you to carry in the room with you.
Will we have exclusive use of the room?
To have exclusive use of the room, all available tickets must be purchased by your group. The current rooms hold 8. In my experience, if you book a larger group leaving open 1 or 2 tickets, vary rarely does anyone book in with you. In the event that you are booked with strangers, lucky you! What a wonderful way to meet potential new friends!
Is booking required online?
Most bookings are done on our website, but we do take bookings over the phone! Payment is always required at the time of booking, whether by phone or online. If you see us open (our hours are by appointment only), you can always check in to see if there is an open availability. Feel free to call us! Leave a message if we don't answer and we'll get right back to you (we may be with customers).
Waiver? Are escape rooms that intense?!
Play at your own risk, we are not responsible for any injuries. That being said, no one should ever get hurt playing an escape game. The games are meant for you to flex your brain muscle, not your body muscles! If there is smoke pouring out your ears, we have fire extinguishers.
The Parking Situation
We have a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available. No cost.
Tips for a successful and enjoyable experience
Work as a team! Communication is key. If you see it, say it out loud! It might not make sense to YOU at the time, but someone ELSE will understand it. Not everything and the kitchen sink is a clue, and not everything is as it appears. No climbing on your team mates shoulders, no fingers in light sockets, etc. Everything is within reach and doesn't require brute force, be gentle. If it's supposed to move, it will. Paper and pencil will be provided to you if necessary.
